4 attributes of career adaptability

The importance of career adaptability development
As teenagers grew up and stepped into working life and society, some will be gradually achieving success, and some continue to seek for the 'perfect' job. With well-developed career adaptability during adolescence stage, teenagers will have greater faith to face challenges at work and reach their life goals.

During the adolescence stage, teenagers will pay more attention to their physical appearance, including their body figures and comments received. These factors will affect their beliefs and attitudes, too. With positive belief, behavior and manner instilled by the parents, teenagers will be less obsessed with material needs and physical appearance as they have greater confidence. Also, teenagers are able to face judgements with positive attitude and personality.
The importance roles of love and security in career adaptability
With the foundation of love and security, teenagers will have stronger capacity to deal with adversity in their future life. If the parents failed to build up the foundation of the child's career adaptability at an early stage, still parents will have to do it later, but within a shorter time frame.
